
This is a 30 minute face yoga and massage practice. This practice is lead by Victoria Powell. Victoria is a certified Face Yoga instructor who is passionate about helping clients enhance facial strength, release tension, and promote overall well-being through gentle exercises, massage, and mindful movement.
This gentle face massage class focuses on lymphatic drainage, acupressure and skin lifting to help relax facial muscles and promote a natural glow. Please arrive with clean skin and if you have a neutral/low fragrance facial oil you would like to bring.
