Spring Equinox Celebration - A YEAR IN 8 SEASONS

A gathering to connect people | land | tradition.

This is a time of year when people in the northern hemisphere, while still experiencing the persistent cold of Winter, are noticing the growing light and preparing for the sowing of Spring seeds.

Gather over a seasonal beverage and treat and explore the themes of the season. Draw on Nature’s intelligence and ask for her guidance. Reflect on and share the wisdoms received. Tap into the wisdom of early Spring with a 'Jam Ceremony' infused with embodied practices - by Kate, inspiring reflection, resonant spoken word, and circle singing! Then, stay for some social time over a warm beverage and simple, seasonal snack.

Taking cues from this season’s balance of night and day, let’s explore how to hold our middle ground as we move with ease from winter’s rest into a season of new beginnings.

Face Yoga/Massage

This is a 30 minute face yoga and massage practice. This practice is lead by Victoria Powell. Victoria is a certified Face Yoga instructor who is passionate about helping clients enhance facial strength, release tension, and promote overall well-being through gentle exercises, massage, and mindful movement.

This gentle face massage class focuses on lymphatic drainage, acupressure and skin lifting to help relax facial muscles and promote a natural glow. Please arrive with clean skin and if you have a neutral/low fragrance facial oil you would like to bring.
